We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Growth Marketing Manager.

 

In this role you will need:

 

  • Assist in the execution of growth marketing campaigns for CIB products and services whilst helping to translate client and sector needs, product capabilities into clear, compelling contact strategies and direct to customer activities through owned and paid media channels.
  • Collaborate with Product, Coverage, and Client Strategy teams to support growth campaigns and commercialisation efforts in addition to supporting the implementation of go-to-market plans for new and enhanced CIB products, propositions and platforms.
  • Work directly with Coverage and product stakeholders globally, regionally, locally to execute growth campaigns focusing on the following: assisting in developing messaging frameworks and contribute to the development of marketing assets (emails, banners, social, digital ads) assets) and digital end to end journeys.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to marketing and business leadership, highlighting insights and actionable recommendation whilst collaborating with data and analytics teams to establish KPIs and benchmarks for growth campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives

 

To be successful you will need:

 

  • Experience in B2B financial services marketing, with a focus on growth campaigns (cross-sell, digital adoption, upsell)  product marketing and/or banking experience within a global banking environment with a good understanding of banking products and services.
  • Experience in supporting go-to-market strategies that enhance product and client engagement with strong collaboration skills and experience in matrixed, global organisations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share and present information in a clear, concise and accurate way.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
  • Education and training in Marketing, Finance, or related field is advantageous.
  • The delf-motivation and drive to grow and develop in the role.
