We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Funds Programme Change Lead.

 

Role summary

 

This is a senior leadership role in MSS Operations Strategy & Change, driving the strategic development and implementation the change agenda including AI capabilities and cross-functional applications pControl,  QTrack (email query management), Transformers (no-code ETL) and Smart Workbench (unstructured instructions). It’s not a traditional Programme Manager role; it’s a change architect role focused on de-risking operations, improving investor transparency and modernising legacy operating models across Fund Administration, Global Transfer Agency and Private Assets.

 

Key accountabilities

 

  • Set and execute the long-term strategy for the change function, aligned to MSS objectives and AI innovation.
  • Identify and prioritise AI use cases (e.g., NLP for legal document abstraction in Private Assets, predictive analytics for TA cash forecasting) and champion GenAI co-pilots to reduce manual work.
  • Own delivery of the portfolio (including Smart ML, QTrack, Transformers and other agile tools) to agreed scope, quality, timeline and budget.
  • Build strong partnerships across business/function heads, technology teams and control functions; communicate vision, progress, risks and opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team (project managers and product owners).
  • Own annual budgeting (direct and IT), maximising ROI and delivering within agreed funding.
  • Manage delivery risks and ensure compliance with relevant policies, including NFR and MSS design/architecture standards.

  • Growth in adoption and usage (users/volumes)
  • AI-driven solutions identified and implemented
  • Delivery within budget and committed timeframes
  • Strong stakeholder cadence, including regular forums and monthly updates on delivery and business impact

 

Experience / profile

 

  • Degree-level education (strong academic track record highly desirable)
  • Project/programme qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 desirable)
  • Securities Services (Fund Administration, Global Transfer Agency, Private Assets) highly regarded
  • Expertise in Change Management and Project/Programme Methodology
  • Proven senior stakeholder influence and people leadership
  • Strong organisational skills; credible self-starter with investment administration industry knowledge
