We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Digital Platform Manager – General Banking Services.
Principal responsibilities:
- Responsible for enhancing the capabilities of digital platform, developing customer-focused digital experience, formulating various recommendations, and coordinating digital platform development and maintenance.
- Shape and execute digital platform initiatives and roadmap; include but not limited to general banking services, uplift customer engagement and loyalty, define and encourage best practices for the digital platform.
- Accountable for continuously improving core experience on the mobile and desktop e-banking using insights from Net Promoter Score (NPS), usability testing and direct customer feedback.
- Work closely with various teams (such as business stakeholders, UXUI design, IT, transformation, and risk stewards) to ensure a coherent overall experience for customers including easy access and navigation to the digital journeys.
- Work closely with commercialization team to ensure new features are being commercialized to drive up mobile active and engagement numbers.
- Keeping abreast of market and regulatory changes and timely executing enhancement and other risk-based diligence.
- Review the business performance after the launch of the projects.
Requirements:
- University degree, relevant qualifications in Finance, Technology, e-Commerce etc. is preferred
- At least 5 years of product management / project management / business analyst relevant experience, preferably with exposure to banking or financial sector
- Extensive experience with a business background and have a deep understanding of customers, digital opportunities, the company's value proposition for its products, and the technology context and strategy required to differentiate those products in the marketplace
- Effective communication skills for navigating through business/ product requirements, differences of opinion on approach
- Strong business acumen and analytical ability, demonstrates flexibly when addressing shifting or competing priorities
- Strong sense of ownership and servicing mind-set, proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Tech savvy and with experience in Agile working model is preferable
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
