Content Design Lead

Responsibilities
- Design and curate engaging content experiences for digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand values and enhances user engagement in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
- Collaborate with UX teams to define how content interacts with design, influencing the structure and flow of information across interfaces.
- Drive the creation and refinement of content with an emphasis on creativity and strategic storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Innovate content strategies using AI tools and data insights to create dynamic content solutions that enhance user journeys and interactions.
- Translate business needs and user insights into a clear content outline and strategy, ensuring content effectively addresses user concerns and objectives.
- Present content strategy and design ideas to stakeholders, articulating the impact of content decisions on overall user experience.
- Develop Content Gen AI model and use case and incorporate AI technology & governance into content creation process to drive efficiency and innovation
- Develop content frameworks and templates that support scalable, consistent, and high-quality content production across all digital channels.
- Iterate content based on feedback from user testing and analytics, optimising for clarity, engagement, and conversion.
- Foster a user-centric approach to content creation, ensuring that content empowers users to perform banking tasks independently and confidently.
Requirements
- University Graduate in Communications, Design, Journalism, Language, Digital or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in content design, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic content curation across digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and experience in weaving content naturally into digital interfaces.
- Proven project management capabilities with the skill to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Enthusiastic about integrating AI technology into content strategies to enhance innovation and efficiency.
- Keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with strategic goals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas confidently to stakeholders and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with content management tools and platforms such as Confluence, JIRA, and Figma.
- Ability to use user data and feedback to iterate and refine content continuously.
- Receptive to constructive feedback, consistently striving for improvement and excellence.
