We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a CMB Commercialisation Team Lead, Commercial Cards.
In this role you will:
- Accountable for HK Card NFI & P&L growth and retention
- Support the Regional Head of Card Products and align with ASP card growth strategy
- Derive the HK CMB commercialisation growth focus strategies and action plans
- Leads Corporate Cards commercialisation for HK CMB focused on supporting sales in new and existing business growth for HK and outbound
- Work closely with HK Product Management and Development and develop the commercialisation strategy and plan for the launch of new product / solutions
- Work closely with Head of Sales GPS Sales and drive portfolio initiatives to penetrate new cards to bank as well as new card flows
- Drive HK CMB training / webinars for internal key stakeholders for refresher of cards knowledge / selling experience as appropriate
- Align with ASP Commercialisation Lead to develop the client event strategies / themes
- Lead as primary contact from HK Card perspective for HK CMB Coverage and GPS Sales to drive card business, provide management update, resolve client or frontline queries, escalate for management support, as supported by HK Card Product Management
- Develop monthly sales dashboard for cards, including key new card product development/updates, market and competitive landscape update, strategic commercialisation initiative, agreed sales actions and deal profile (won / pipeline), and review the progress with Sales Heads in for prompt actions
- Work with Client Implementation to review the revenue realisation for top 20 won deals and agree and track with Sales Heads for actions to ramp up / rebaseline on any unrealised revenue
- Monitor the top 20 cards NFI clients or NFI >USD50k p.a. in HK CMB Collaborate with GPS CS / Sales Heads to agree and track actions plan to retain / grow NFI and provide management update on key deals. Develop dashboard to manage and review the progress regularly
- Provide commercialisation support on new initiatives, including providing market insights or inputs, identify prospecting clients, driving commercialisation and frontline engagement, as led by strategic initiatives PIC
To be successful you will need:
- Solid experience in banking, preferably in cash management, or market client facing banking functions
- Proven experience in solutioning sales, account management or product management
- Practical knowledge in solution sales and implementations are highly desirable
- Strong team player, highly motivated with an achievement-oriented approach to business
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse complex problems, interpret customer or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions
