We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Service Officer
In this role you will:
- With updated and sound knowledge of Business Banking products/services, to perform Know Your Customer to understand customer needs
- To proactively identify sales opportunities, cross-selling bank products and services most suitable to customers, refer to Assistant Managers to complete the sales when appropriate and close sales independently when required
- To provide excellent service to customers through introduction of appropriate services by acting as the first contact point for customers visiting / approaching Business Centre
- To offer support to Vice Presidents, Assistant Managers, Business Development Managers by building and strengthening customer relationship with existing customer area of the Business Centre
- To actively drive digitalization and provide clear guidance for customer self-serving via digital channels in the Business Centre
- To perform other operational duties as assigned after office hours
To be successful you will need:
- Covered counter/service & operations/platform experience with exposure to corporate customers and knowledge of general banking products
- Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance and Investment are also required
- Good communication and service skills
- Ability to spot sales opportunities, make referrals and close sales when required
- Good understanding of product/services of Business Banking
- Good spoken / written English, fluent Putonghua
