Associate Director, Equity Solutions Financing Sales

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Associate Director, Equity Solutions Financing Sales.

In this role you will:

• The Equity Solutions Sales team covers institutional clients including hedge funds, traditional asset managers, insurance and pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds.
• This role will focus on new business origination and maintain client relationships, with focus on equity financing solutions (Repo and TRS).
• Lead financing discussion to match bank and client’s needs
• Partner closely with other key businesses and functions. Especially with Trading, Structuring and other functional team teams to service client requests.
• Understand legal documentation, collateral schedules, and support trading relationship with financial institutions and intermediaries.
• Demonstrate client engagement and stakeholder management skills to support client onboarding through all stages of transaction life cycle.

To be successful you will need:

• Strong knowledge of secured financing business, including repo, swaps, bond borrow and triparty collateral management. Experience in fixed income repo is advantageous.
• Ability to understand legal documentation, collateral schedules, and support trading relationship with financial institutions and intermediaries.
• Experience with treasury fundamentals and structuring financing transactions to optimize liquidity metrics such as LCR/NSFR.
• Able to demonstrate client engagement and stakeholder management skills to support client onboarding through all stages of transaction life cycle.
