Associate, Healthcare

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Associate

In this role you will:

• Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and other client materials
• Day-to-day execution for M&A transactions
• Build financial models, conduct financial and industry analysis
• Perform due diligence and documentation and participate in negotiation for live transactions
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, legal advisors, accountants, and other professional parties
• Work closely with senior bankers to support origination and live transaction execution efforts
• Analyze market trends and conduct market research

To be successful you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or related disciplines with excellent academic results
• 2+ years of hands-on investment banking experience
• Solid understanding of corporate finance concepts
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
