We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Associate, Business Management.

 

In this role you will:

  • Lead and deliver desk-specific transformation projects, ensuring objectives and timelines are met
  • Support large-scale global transformation programmes, including requirements gathering, process mapping, test management, and solution design
  • Contribute to the development and execution of business strategy, including market analysis, benchmarking, and business case preparation
  • Provide business management support to front office teams, including maintaining business continuity plans, desk procedures, and processing operational requests such as invoices and trading book opening etc
  • Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI and digital tools to improve processes, insight, and value delivery
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, sharing best practice and encouraging experimentation in a supportive environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and support functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Support governance, risk management, and compliance activities as required

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management, management consulting, or business management, ideally within financial services or a front office environment
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of contributing to business planning and transformation strategy
  • Demonstrated interest in AI, digital tools, and innovative ways of working
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience preparing materials for senior audiences
  • Familiarity with transformation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, collaborating across time zones
