Job description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Assistant Relationship Support Manager I

 

In this role you will:

As a member of Relationship Service Management (“RSM”) team, Assistant Relationship Support Manager I serves as the primary service contact for Commercial Business Banking clients, delivering responsive, high-quality support and strong operational governance.

 

Client service & relationship support

  • Serve as a key contact point for BB clients, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of enquiries and requests.
  • Deliver efficient operational support, client relationships and servicing requests.
  • Co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders to progress credit and account servicing requests end-to-end.
  • Manage credit risk returns and MI, including limit excess, exception reporting, and follow-ups on outstanding items. 

 

Quality assurance & operational excellence

  • Validate service and operational outputs for relationship management teams through screening and/or sample checks to ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and internal requirements.
  • Consolidate checking results and provide clear reporting to ensure quality performance and compliance monitoring.
  • Contribute to process improvements and implement controls to reduce risk, improve turnaround times and enhance clients’ experience.
  • Assess gaps & opportunities in existing processes and procedures; propose and/or implement improvements to strengthen controls, governance, and efficiency.

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong understanding of general banking products and services, with experience using bank operating systems like Customer Relationship Management System, OBS MWS, Connecto.
  • Knowledge of credit assessment, credit operations, approval processes and security documentation (preferred, not essential).
  • Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, analytical and solutions oriented.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
