Job description

We are seeking an experienced high calibre professional to join our team as a Assistant Proposition Manager, Premier Elite and Customer Portfolio Management.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement day-to-day cost centre governance, including budget tracking, invoice validation, cost allocation, and variance commentary to ensure spend remains within plan and is accurately recorded.
  • Manage contra revenue accrual processes (e.g., monthly accruals, true-ups, and reconciliations), partnering with Finance to ensure timely, accurate postings and clear audit trails.
  • Act as the primary owner of the team mailbox, triaging daily customer enquiries, coordinating responses with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution in line with service standards.
  • Management information (MI) and reporting: Prepare regular MI packs and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency; highlight key trends, exceptions, and actions for management review.
  • Competitor pulse checks: Conduct regular competitor monitoring (offers, pricing, propositions, and campaigns) and summarise implications, risks, and recommended responses for internal stakeholders.
  • System and operational support: Provide business support across key platforms and controls), including access/usage support, process guidance, issue logging and follow-up, and coordination with Operations/Technology to maintain business continuity.

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HNW segment and proposition management.
  • Strong track record in proposition strategy, commercialisation and go-to-market execution, with experience managing complex, cross-functional programmes.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders and delivery teams across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated capability in building operating processes, governance and performance review frameworks to improve efficiency, effectiveness and control.
  • Experience partnering with frontline, central, product and cross-LoB teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • High ownership mindset, resilient and delivery-focused, with strong attention to detail and a constructive, positive approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
