We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Product Manager FX.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Assist in obtaining market intelligence through engaging market research/analytic support to monitor competitor landscape and market movement, further develop plan and execute FX (Foreign Exchange) business/product strategy
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics to develop portfolio deep dive analysis and develop MI & analytics to facilitate liabilities business performance management to achieve business objectives
  • Work with FX stakeholders to drive incremental FX sales with focus in actively expanding the current FX customer base through developing effective customer acquisition strategy
  • Assist and co-work with other stakeholders to drive new product initiatives/capabilities to deliver distinct and leading product proposition through ideation, formulation of the cost-benefit case, technical development management (business), planning and executing the commercialization and related activities
  • Assist to deliver projects with close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for implementation of Group/Local initiatives
  • Maintain service level quality and the resilience of end-to-end processes effectively to achieve high customer satisfaction and mitigate reputational and regulatory risks
  • Support product management and related activities as assigned including but not limited to cost management, competitor landscape review and internal compliance and governance where required
  • Assist to ensure group compliance and local regulatory requirements are adhered
 
Qualifications - External

To be successful you will need:

  • Degree holder 
  • Proven experience in data & analytics, product development in retail banking business experience in liabilities products, including deposits, banking services including FX and payments, is preferred 
  • Strong numeric and analytics skills, with an understanding of Retail Banking and Wealth Management
  • Ability to cultivate a collaborative and cooperative working environment 
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic mindset, with a proven rapid learning capacity 
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions
