We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Investment and Compliance Support Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Support cash forecasting and funding awareness for trading activity, corporate action proceeds, margin movements, fees, and financing costs.
  • Validate and coordinate time-critical cash movements with Payments/Settlements teams, ensuring correct approvals, cut-offs, and segregation of duties.
  • Oversee cash management activities including cash positioning/forecasting, funding of settlements, and liquidity monitoring across portfolios/funds.
  • Manage elections for voluntary events (rights, tenders, conversions) and ensure instructions are submitted ahead of deadlines.
  • Calculate/validate margin requirements using internal/external models and statements (e.g., Bilateral).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in custody or fund operations, specifically with Mutual funds/ETF products, asset management company is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaborate effectively across functions and teams to deliver the best outcome for the company.
  • Basic understanding of Derivatives is preferrable.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • SQL; Python knowledge is a plus.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset.
