Affluent Segment Proposition Manager - International Wealth & Premier Banking

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Proposition Manager.
In this role you will contribute to:
- Segment Strategy & Customer Insights: Use customer research to identify the evolving needs, preferences, and pain points of affluent customers across markets.
- Support the delivery of the global affluent segment strategy, value proposition and customer personas spanning Premier to entry-level Private Banking ($100k–$5m TRB).
- Proposition Design & Commercial Viability: Help deliver differentiated global proposition features and service standards, ensuring competitiveness, commercial viability, and alignment with customer expectations.
- Proposition Launch & Go-to-Market Coordination: Support markets by sharing global best practices in customer engagement, marketing, and commercialisation.
- Performance Management: Support markets to deliver customer-level KPIs, including customer growth, revenue generation, cost to serve, engagement, and satisfaction metrics.
- Proposition Evolution & Innovation: Support the maintenance and continuous evolution of global proposition features, including the P1PA platform and Financial Education platform (PFM)
- Review opportunities for potential proposition partnerships that can enhance the customer experience and commercial outcomes, enhancing HSBC’s unique selling proposition.
- Market Enablement & Best Practice Sharing: Provide toolkits, frameworks, and guidance to enable successful local proposition adaptation and delivery.
To be successful you will need:
- Affluent Segment Expertise: understanding of affluent customer needs, behaviours, financial goals, and the competitive landscape across mass affluent to emerging high-net-worth segments (e.g. Premier, Premier Elite, and entry-level Private Banking).
- Retail and Wealth Proposition Development: some experience in designing and commercialising customer value propositions
- Strategic Thinking & Execution: ability to translate insights to support unique proposition features, and drive execution as part of a cross-functional team.
- Commercial Acumen: some understanding of managing to key commercial and financial KPIs.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: experience applying customer insight, design thinking, and digital tools to evolve propositions and enhance customer experience.
- Global Perspective: Understanding of cultural and market-specific nuances in customer expectations and proposition delivery
