We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Account Manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Support execution of query management for clients, including logging, triage, follow-up, and coordination with internal teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Monitor day-to-day transactional activity and help identify trends, exceptions, or service friction points, escalating where appropriate.
  • Contribute to client insights and service reviews (e.g., Relationship/Business Reviews) by analysing data, service performance summaries, and action logs to help clients optimize their treasury and cash management set-up.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders in line with HSBC’s engagement culture, operating as a constructive team player in a “one team” environment.
  • Identify service improvement opportunities through reviewing client interactions, recurring issues, and root causes, support client education on available self-service tools and digital capabilities.
  • Work closely with internal partners including clients, global service teams (GSCs), Sales, Product Management, and other Client Management teams to ensure consistent service outcomes.

To be successful you will need:

  • Relevant banking experience supporting FIs/Corporates in a service, client management, sales support, relationship support, or account management capacity. Exposure to large multi-national corporates or financial institutions is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of cash management and an interest/awareness of the evolving digitalization landscape (e.g., self-service, digital channels, automation).
  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand client needs, support solutions, and contribute to delivering effective outcomes through HSBC’s product and service capabilities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders; able to communicate clearly and manage tasks with good attention to detail.
  • Ownership and follow-through, taking accountability for progressing issues, coordinating with relevant parties, and escalating appropriately to support resolution—able to act even when information is incomplete.
