What you will do:
- In the role you will functionally lead and mentor Payments Business Analysts, overseeing requirement elicitation, solution design, and impact analysis for all Payment driven and configuration-led changes.
- Ensure Payment driven changes are well-implemented, risk-assessed, and comply with enterprise architecture and design principles.
- Guarantee the optimal efficiency of the services provided by the business Analysts team and ensure stakeholder management.
In this role you will:
- Work as a Payments change ambassador to review business requirements and implement them in production with nil incidents
- Collaborate closely with various business stakeholders, solution architects, testing teams, and production support to ensure accurate and timely delivery of change initiatives.
- Manage the team of business analysts functionally and ensure their deliveries are as per the expectations.
- Act as a coordinator, a single point of contact and an escalation point for any incident/operational event, working closely with the teams across geographies.
- Contribute to, and lead the team through, the change initiatives coming from the business or regulator, working hand in hand and demonstrating the collaboration between Operations, Product, Transformation and Technology.
- Support the Payments transformation agenda by contributing to the initiatives enabling the simplification of the processes in line with the Leadership Principles
- Actively work on the best customer experience by ongoing cooperation with Global payments solutions (GPS) Product, Client Services, MSS Operations, Securities services and trade teams
- Coordinate with the production support team on release readiness, regression impacts, and post-deployment validation.
- Provide governance over change requests (CRs) and work closely with Change Control Boards (CCBs) to prioritize and approve changes.
- Support UAT planning and execution through walkthroughs, test scope alignment, and change validation.
- Work towards maintaining and improving the Straight through Processing (STP) percentage of the High value payments.
- Monitor key metrics around change delivery (velocity, defect leakage, SLA adherence) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

You should apply if you have:
- Fluency in both French and English in speaking and writing
- Sound understanding of end-to-end Payment journeys from the point of client initiation to local clearing and settlements.
- Knowledgeable in SWIFT MT, ISO 20022 message types and message processing through Global payment engine (GPE)
- Possess excellent change management skills and strong business analysis practice.
- Experience in managing the strategic projects and implementation at the regional/global level.
- Possess good knowledge of Global payments solutions (GPS) Products and flair for operations.
- Analytical spirit with particular attention to problem solving
- Ability to manage transformations and change on a day-to-day basis
- Practical knowledge of MS Office
- A highly independent and structured way of working
- Self-starter, own and manage individual program work streams.
- Ability to listen and learn
- Organised and disciplined
