The Global Payment Solutions (GPS) Portfolio Manager supports a broad range of client relationships across different value segments and business situations. You’ll be accountable for the end-to-end service experience for an assigned portfolio of clients across the GPS Service value stream.
As a Global Payment Solutions (GPS) Portfolio Manager, you will:
• Own query management and day-to-day transactional interactions for your portfolio clients.
• Assess and select the most appropriate options to resolve complex queries, escalating where required.
• Lead client escalations, business-as-usual escalations, and support global/regional client-led projects.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to manage maintenance requests, client queries, and escalations.
• Proactively identify and address red flags before they become client-raised issues.
• Maintain a strong understanding of cash management, including identifying and managing actual or potential business risks.
You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
• Strong knowledge of global cash management and clearing services, including relevant products and techniques.
• A track record of delivering creative, flexible customer solutions.
• The ability to understand a customer’s business and the fundamentals of how organizations operate.
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving communication channels and technological change.
• Strong range of communication skills, including written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
