  • Manage external relationships and service providers to support day-to-day delivery
  • Act as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the area while maintaining confidentiality on sensitive activity

What we're looking for

  • Bring substantial experience providing executive assistant support including diary management and travel coordination
  • Coordinate multiple requests at pace with clear follow-up and strong responsiveness
  • Create and organize presentation decks and pull together supporting documents with attention to detail

  • Process expenses and manage related administration with accuracy and good judgement
  • Work effectively in a close-knit team environment through collaborative ways of working

Keeping Innovation Banking moving

As an HSBC employee, you will have access to tailored professional development opportunities to ensure you have the right skills for today and tomorrow. We offer a competitive pay and benefits package including a robust Wellness Hub, all in a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
