Analyst, GTS Transaction Services

The Analyst, Global Trade Solutions (GTS) Transactions Services will support portfolio servicing, including handling multifaceted revolving credit lines, ensuring compliance with credit terms, loan/security agreements, regulatory and internal guidelines.

As our Analyst, GTS Transactions Services business coverage will include:

• Execute advances and distributions of a most complex nature by reviewing customer requests and loan authorizations and analyzing reported collateral amounts and loan and trade facility balances
• Reconcile collateral and payment activity; completing monthly reviews of reported collateral information; applying terms and conditions outlined in client purchase agreements to verify and calculate eligible and ineligible collateral
• Review and identify concentrations and trends, informing risk management personnel as required
• Review customer payments; completing trial balances / reconciling to company loan systems
• Complete and evaluate independent confirmations of customer accounts receivable; work closely with Program Manager’s and Client Manager’s to identify pertinent issues and determine proper course of action
• Serve as liaison between the customer and other internal and external sources as required to properly extend service, while managing risk

Requirements:

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree in accounting, business, related field or equivalent experience
• Some knowledge of formula-based lending and company commercial lending systems
• Strong demonstrated Excel and reporting skills
• Proven analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Organizational, communications and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with initiative to take on new responsibilities
• Basic payment reconciliation skills
• Knowledge and experience in banking operations/transaction processing, operational risk, and customer service
• Ability to balance quality and quantity (volumes) with primary focus on quality
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced personnel within the team

Your final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
