We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Change Manager.

Role Purpose:
The Senior Project Manager is a senior change manager responsible for driving large-scale transformation initiatives that align with HSBC’s strategy, ensuring projects deliver sustainable business value, competitive advantage, and improved operational efficiency. The role requires leading change end-to-end across strategy, design, governance, delivery, and adoption, while engaging senior stakeholders and embedding new ways of working.

In this role you will:



• Manage Change Leadership & Strategy
Lead design and execution of change programs, ensuring alignment with HSBC’s priorities.
Challenge business decisions with data-driven insights and strategic perspectives.
Promote innovation and industry best practices to strengthen business solutions.
• Manage Project Governance & Delivery
Define operating models, business cases, and financial projections.
Establish project governance frameworks, steering committees, and tollgates.
Manage budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
Deliver programs at pace while ensuring quality, sustainability, and adoption.
• Manage Stakeholder & Relationship
Influence senior executives and sponsors through impactful communication.
Build networks across business lines and functions to enable delivery.
Balance competing requirements and negotiate outcomes.
• Manage Business Analysis & Design
Lead current state analysis and future state design of processes, systems, and structures.
Validate assumptions, requirements, and sign-offs with business stakeholders.
Oversee testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
• Mange Team/ Leadership
Manage multiple workstreams and mentor team members to maintain performance.
Sustain morale and energy while ensuring delivery at pace
 
 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

Technical Skills:


• Advanced project/program management (Agile, Waterfall, Change Frameworks).
• Business case development & financial modelling (Excel, financial analysis).
• Business process reengineering & operating model design.
• Change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, MSP, Prince2, PMP).
• Strong MS Office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of banking operations, regulatory environment, and digital transformation.
