The role holder will be involved in leading, providing objective advice and expertise on HR multi-disciplinary projects/programs aligning with business vision and strategy for the function/business.

In this role you will:
- Establish and review key strategic priorities and translate them into actionable and measurable plans for end-to-end implementation.
- Own and manage complex portfolios of work along with planning and execution activities for the function/business ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Design controls for managing and monitoring scope issues, schedule over-runs, risks, and inter-dependencies for effectively managing program delivery
- Develop key relationships and partner with key stakeholders in co-creating solutions for the business / functions
- Partner with key stakeholders for defining, executing and measuring the effectiveness of people plans while also acting as an advisor to Heads of HR, HRBPs and senior business leaders.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Extensive experience across multiple people related disciplines
- External consulting experience or design & delivery of people related interventions.
- Experience of managing multiple projects effectively.
- Working experience in transformation/change roles
- A background of working within a matrixed organisation with a global reach
This role is based in Birmingham, Leeds, Sheffield or Chester on a hybrid basis
