This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end commercial activation of our wealth business across the UK for Mass Affluent and Private Banking customers. You will define how we drive revenue and customer growth across investment, advice, and retirement propositions — balancing commercial rigor with customer impact.
This includes developing and executing customer engagement strategies, setting performance targets, shaping proposition monetization tools, and working across teams to embed a commercially driven culture into every aspect of the wealth lifecycle

In this role you will:
- Strategic ownership: Define the insights strategy for UK wealth continuum to drive customer retention, share of wallet and strengthen the wealth proposition in UK markets. Deliver material improvement in the user experience of consuming content digitally and across all customer touch points, based on stakeholders’ feedback, data-driven analytics and competitive analysis.
- Content management: Lead and manage new and BAU Insights initiatives for both customers and frontline employees, from planning, socialising, editing, implementation to performance tracking, evaluation and reporting to fulfil clients’ and frontline’s insights needs.
- Digital insights: Lead the deployment of digital wealth insights initiatives to increase content usage and consumption, and optimise commercialisation via all digital channels and social media, and strengthen the role of mobile insights as a key part of the customers’ journey.
- Display Investment knowledge: Serve as product SME for CIO investment and asset allocation views, product insights, and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the business and external partners.
- Data and analytics: Consolidate and evaluate data-driven analytics to understand content usage so as to ensure our content strategy and deliverables are well-positioned to meet customers’ evolving needs.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Strong technical Investment product knowledge with expertise spanning a range of asset classes - essential
- Investment Research or Advice experience - essential
- Experienced in leading cross functional projects - essential
- Well polished communication skills with an ability to present to senior stakeholders - essential
- Relevant investment qualifications such as CFA would be useful but not essential
This role will be based in London or Birmingham.
