Global Real Estate Services Product Owner

Our properties are used by over 200,000 colleagues to support our customers worldwide. Whether it's a customer entering a branch, or colleagues collaborating in an office, we can make their experience transformational and meaningful.

 

In this fantastic new role, you will join a growing team and take responsibility for defining the business outcomes of RES technology change, ensuring these are delivered across all functions, geographic sites and regulatory jurisdictions. You must be able to deliver technical expertise in terms of product management. There will be significant impacts across all teams that need the SME expertise and support to transform into a Digital function

 

This is a truly, senior, global role, working closely with all areas of RES, ensuring people, process and system changes are aligned, especially Technology and Data.

 

In this role, duties will include:

 

  • Owning the Real Estate Services Digital journeys and experiences e.g. MyDay
  • Ensure that product activities in Real Estate Services Technology are globally consistent and that projects are rolled out in a globally coherent and effective manner
  • Supporting the definition and delivery of OKRs for Real Estate Services
  • Developing and managing execution of the delivery roadmap
  • Governance across all global functions and businesses, corporate offices, partners and vendors

This role can based in London or Birmingham on a hybrid basis.
