We are currently seeking an individual to join this team in the role of Executive Assistant and Business Support, HBUK Treasury.

 

This role allows exposure in being a part of the monthly committee meetings, helping collate documents and putting it together and sits within a great EA community and allows plenty of social and welfare planning to engage and support the wider finance team.

 

The candidate will have the opportunity to manage the cost and budget for the department and be involved with the invoicing process and managing outgoing payments.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for: -

 

1. Managing several diaries and scheduling governance meetings.

2. Submitting and paying invoices.

3. Cover for other EA’s annual leave.

4. Planning and assisting with key conferences (internal and external meetings).

5. Onboarding new colleagues and owning the new joiner/leavers process

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: -

 

1. Previous EA experience.

2. Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders.

3. Demonstrate a supportive mentality helping with the wider Finance team.

4. Demonstrable time management within highly pressurised environments.

5. Experience with Fusion and other tools such as a travel system.

 

The base location for this role will be Birmingham and with a hybrid working pattern.
