We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Payments professional to join our team in the role of Digital Assets and Currencies Product Manager.

In this role you will:

  • Work as part of a team to create our consumer strategy on key payment developments and innovation, with a particular focus on Digital Assets and Currencies
  • Lead externally within the industry to ensure new developments are created that deliver value to retail customers. 
  • Own input on regulatory responses to Payment Innovation, including shaping to deliver tangible outcomes for retail customers.
  • Deliver tangible use cases for Tokenised Deposits (GBTD).
  • Lead on any associated business operating model impacts for UK RBW. 

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong payments or customer innovation experience 
  • Strong understanding of current and future regulatory environment relating to Payments
  • Experience in participating in industry engagements, helping achieve the right industry outcomes across the Payments landscape
  • Experience of building effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same 
  • Ability to present complex issues confidently and concisely to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrate flexibility and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and tasks that are potentially wide ranging
  • Outstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills

 

This is a hybrid role and can be based in London, Birmingham, Chester, Leeds or Sheffield.
