We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Consultant.
Role Purpose:
DBS UK Transformation Senior Business Analysts are at the centre of how Global Transformation shapes, delivers and embeds change working with the business and our delivery partners. They are typically responsible for requirements management, design, change management and implementation management.
We are the consulting and design capability within DBS Transformation Services and are a global team of skilled management consultants who have worked in reputed consulting firms in the past. We design high impact solutions, by leveraging our expertise in 1) Business Strategy, 2) Operating models, 3) Digital, data and Innovation, 4) Programme & Change Management.

In this role you will:
• Manage the capture, analysis and documentation of business process
• Use logic, creative and innovative thinking to devise solutions to business challenges
• Implement solutions and anticipate their impact on the business operations and cultures
• Gather, analyse and track business requirements and translating these into business solutions and structures
• Designing solutions or change interventions
• Oversee change management activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
• Managing implementation of solutions
• Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
• Proven experience working on business consulting / Industry experience within large complex organizations
• Excellent knowledge of Global enterprise-wide Transformation programmes, Business Transformation Frameworks, methodologies and best practice techniques is mandatory.
• Very strong knowledge of the external environment – regulatory, political, competitors etc.
• Basic Business reengineering knowledge
• Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise ideal
• Demonstrated experience with organizational change and business transformation; proficiency in Change
• Ability to translate complex processes and issues into simple clear and concise steps.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
This role is based in Birmingham or Sheffield.
