We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1、Sales Team Support

  • Provide frontline business market trends to the sales team, answering complex product and solution queries
  • Pre case or join visits to provide on-the-ground expertise and client meeting support
  • Collect and feedback field challenges and training needs from the sales team to inform and adjust training strategy
  • Participate in sales regular team meetings to share success stories and best practices, motivating the team to achieve sales targets

2、Partnership Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact to Trainers/Business Development Managers (BDMs) from our partner insurance companies
  • Collaborate closely with partner BDMs to obtain the latest product information, underwriting policies, and marketing support resources
  • Coordinate and organize professional training sessions provided by BDMs to ensure the sales team can understand and promote the products from different channels
  • Maintain positive partner relationships and explore joint business development opportunities

3、Training & Development

  • Design, develop and implement comprehensive training programs on insurance product, market trends, sales skills and techniques
  • Develop and deliver tailored training for new hires and existing employees (e.g. onboarding programs, continuous professional development sessions)
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to improve content and delivery methods
  • Create and maintain high-quality training materials (e.g. PPTs)

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Insurance, Finance, Business, Administration, or a related field
  • Successful track record of delivering world class Learning interventions. Deep specialist expertise and leadership experience in fast paced learning environment and wealth management area.
  • Demonstrates keen awareness of market trends and best practices, confident in stretching beyond comfort zone, incorporates multiple perspectives and broader picture in evaluating and solving problems.
  • Demonstrates a broad understanding of the businesses’ products and services in wealth management area; able to articulate business value of learning initiatives and make commercially sound judgment to advise businesses.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory and the basic ability in English is desirable.
  • Sales experience in wealth management area is preferred
