We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a local collection of areas/branches in North Region.
- Deliver Network strategy, accountable for implementing the face to face component of the plan including overall structure, sales goals, Profit and Loss performance, leads / sales prospect management and overall customer experience in their region.
- Support Head of Branch Banking and Head of Distribution in the delivery of the regional plan.
- Assist with Branch network expansion, optimization, and channel migration. Support Head of Branch Banking to execute strategy and accelerate migration to low-cost channels, in line with propositions.
- Lead, drive, and manage the sales culture through all levels. Ensure delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience and fair outcomes for our customers. Maintain high standard of customer service delivery. Ensure that the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organization.
- Build and nurture a high-performing team across various disciplines. Lead the teams to develop a deep understanding of the business, challenge the status quo, improve ways of working, and instill a growth mindset.
- Strictly adheres to all applicable legal and compliance requirements and fulfils legal and governance responsibilities. Ensures operational compliance and effectiveness with internal control mechanisms and operational risk controls in place.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Multiple years of experience as senior leader of business and people management. Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex, integrated functions.
- Strong ability in sales management, channel development and customer engagement with a solid track record of delivering results. Proven experience in building effective networks across business areas.
- In-depth understanding and experience in the financial or banking sector especially wealth. Comprehensive knowledge of distribution processes, systems, and controls.
- A seasoned executive with leadership, excellent communication and influencing capability, and the ability to drive a diverse group including internal and external partners. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across different areas of the organization
- Customer centric. Strong understanding of customer behaviours and needs related to banking and wealth.
- Possesses high sensitivity to the changing market dynamics. Demonstrate a good understanding of key trends and areas of innovation.
- Result oriented. Business acumen with advanced strategic planning and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurship mindset. Passion to challenge status quo, test and learn.
