We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will:

• The role is to manage to drive business performance and initiatives as sales leader for the branch VRM team in region.

• Lead the branch VRM team to manage high potential customers and to build quality customer relationship via professional service and needs fulfillment to maintain and grow portfolio. This will be achieved by active management of a portfolio of Premier clients, acquiring new HSBC clients and upgrading existing clients through becoming the trusted advisor to them.

• The role shall support Regional Manager/Area Manager in delivering up-to-standard business requirement, customer satisfaction and quality control.

• Responsible to monitor, motivate and manage Branch VRMs for achieve financial and non financial outcome for the sales team.

• Lead, develop and manage sales teams to ensure achievement of the business objectives with responsibility for Wealth and Retail.

• Achieve results by working with the whole sales team, local market and wider community.

• achieve solution performance expectation per group and local requirement,deliver income plan,to deliver performance of acquisition customer growth, WEM products,Retail products, and fulfill customer needs etc.

• Build up HSBC culture and drive Equality, Diversity and Inclusion within all relationships

• Be accountable for minimising risk and maximising operational efficiency.

 

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

Proven ability in team leadership and management
Proven ability in Wealth and Retail distribution
Proven ability in relationship management in the Retail sector
Strong marketing, sales, management planning, financial, leadership, project management and communication skills and good knowledge and control of risk management
Ability to use numerical data to effectively manage sales team performance
Good knowledge of Wealth and Retail distribution techniques and models
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis upon inspiring, influencing and negotiating
Coaching sales techniques, best practice and sales management on a team and one to one basis
