In this role, you will:

This role is responsible for supporting origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing transactions for both corporate and sponsor clients, including but not limited to syndicated loans and acquisition finance, while maintaining a strict adherence to risk management and regulatory compliance standards.

Business

•      Support the origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing solutions for both corporate and sponsor clients, and assist with distribution if applicable

•      End-to-end transaction execution, from preparing pitching materials, assistance in credit proposal to preparing transactional documents under senior guidance

•      Supporting credit analysis to assess risk and structure appropriate financing solutions

•      Contribute to the achievement against team's targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction, cost management etc.

•      Contribution to the growth of HSBC's share of client wallet

•      Ensure strict adherence to internal risk management frameworks, credit policies, and regulatory compliance standards through all stages of transaction process

•      Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders

•      Champion a culture of compliance and ethical conduct within the team, ensuring all activities align with the Bank's regulatory obligations and internal governance standards

Customers and Stakeholders

•      Support the engagement with various stakeholders including Coverage, Risk, RC, Legal and others as required to ensure smooth executional service is provided to clients and internal parties

•      Deliver the best-in-class client experience by embracing a collaborative and inclusive culture and forward-looking mindset
