We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will:

 1.    Achieve the Bank's strategic goal of becoming the undisputed leader of Innovation Banking globally, while being acknowledged as the leading foreign bank in China and leading international business.

2.    Achieve New To Bank client acquisition objectives. Nurture customer relationships by providing quality services to both facility and non-facility customers and to deepen wallet share.

3.    Maximize relationship return through quality account planning, and close collaboration with product partners and other global businesses. Use the incumbency and relationship access of IVB to successfully drive referrals into other business units.

4.    Apply robust compliance monitoring and risk assessment necessary to ensure quality lending and safeguard the bank from potential loss

5.    Compliant with the Bank internal policies and regulatory requirements at all times

6.    Increase HSBC's brand recognition and assist IVB leader in making HSBC the leading foreign bank in the local place.

7.    Contribute to staff development and making CIB 'the best place to work'.

8.    Develop knowledge, capability and leadership skills to meet existing and future business needs.

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

 

1.    Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the state).

2.    Strong passion in innovation, in particular technology or healthcare sectors, better to have relevant education background or working experiences. Demonstrating strong learning ability and curiosity to new technology/business.

3.    Good commercial knowledge and be well versed in economics, accounting and financial related subjects.

4.    Sufficient degree of business orientation and management know-how.

5.    Strong customer services, sales and result-oriented mindset.

6.    At least 6 years of front-line or credit exposure.

7.    Decision making and analytics skills.

8.    Demonstrate strong team work spirit and leadership capability.

9.    Sufficient general and commercial banking experience.

10.  Good command of written and spoken English/Mandarin language
