We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Supporting tasks to assist in maintaining and strengthening distribution channel relationships, whilst coordinating the relevant business initiatives.
- Deliver one-on-one coaching to help relationship managers translate knowledge into practical skills, enhance insurance sales capabilities, and achieve sustained performance growth.
- Train core competencies across the full sales process, implementing insurance sales competency development, including execution of phone appointments, in-depth KYC, case solution and closing.
- Train and coach RM to how complete Policy Review and analyse Policy Review Reports to customers
- Participate in customer events and training sessions, assist with pre-event preparations, provide on-site support, and conduct post-event evaluations and follow-ups.
- Support relationship managers in analyzing and diagnosing client needs, designing tailored solutions, and preparing for client meetings. Enhance practical capabilities through role-play and rehearsals focused on solution presentation and deal closing.
- Provide coaching on sales strategies for INSH proprietary products, building on the foundational training delivered by Business Development Managers. Help relationship managers improve practical product skills, including aligning product features with client needs and integrating relevant service resources.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify and articulate the core strengths of INSH products. Develop sales strategies aligned with client profiles, incorporating sales logic and applicable scenarios. Continuously refine strategies through case reviews to improve sales effectiveness
- Deliver one-on-one coaching to help relationship managers translate knowledge into practical skills, assisting RM to complete pre-case/pre-meeting.
- Supporting the development and execution of channel development plans and strategies, continuously optimizing existing cooperation models.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, which may include relationship managers and product team, to maximise empowerment for distribution channels.
- Assisting in execution of compliance review processes and due diligence to ensure all operations adhere to risk control requirement.

- 负责提供一对一教练式的陪跑辅导,实现知识向技能转化,提升保险销售能力,以实现绩效持续稳定的增长。
- 训练全销售流程的核心技能,实施保险销售能力养成,包含电话约访、深度KYC、解决方案呈现及成交等。
- 培训并指导客户经理如何完成保单检视,并指导如何为客户分析保单检视报告。
- 参与行所沙龙及内部培训等活动,配合做好活动前相关准备工作,提供现场赋能支持,并做好活动后的评估及。活动效果的跟进。
- 协助客户经理完成客户需求分析与诊断,设计解决方案;并做好相应面谈准备,通过演练、预演递交解决方案及成交过程,提升客户经理的实战作业能力。
- 负责产品强化训练辅导,针对INSH自有产品在由业务发展经理完成的销售资质培训基础上开展产品销售策略的训练辅导,帮助客户经理提升产品相关的实战能力,包含产品功能与客户需求的匹配分析,以及与产品功能相关的服务资源整合。
- 负责市场及同业产品对比分析,通过分析提炼INSH产品核心优势,结合销售逻辑及应用场景,整理与客户概貌相匹配的产品销售策略,并通过典型案例复盘持续优化策略,提升销售有效性。
- 支持制定并执行新业务拓展计划与策略,持续优化现有合作模式。
- 与产品部门、客户经理及相关团队保持紧密协作,最大化赋能合作渠道。
- 严格协助执行相关客户尽职调查及合规审查工作,做好风险控制。
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Reasonable experience in sales force (5 years )
- Possess board-based knowledge of the Insurance business and China practices
- Good influential skills – able to influence people of different cultures and backgrounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Must be able to communicate effectively in Putonghua.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – excellent customer relationship management
- Able to lead, inspire, motivate and develop the teams to deliver business performance and a team player.
- 具备5年以上销售或业务相关工作经验,有银行渠道或金融机构合作经验者优先
- 熟悉保险业务及金融产品,了解国内银行渠道业务模式及监管要求
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力及影响力,能够与不同层级的银行人员建立有效合作
- 中英文口头与书面沟通能力优秀,必须能流利使用普通话进行商务沟通
- 具备较强的客户服务意识及关系维护能力,能妥善处理渠道合作中的各项事务
- 具备团队协作精神,能配合内部团队共同推动业务发展,达成整体目标
