Settlement Manager

- To liaising with relevant parties i.e. other sections, other departments, counterparties, regulators, to obtain information for clients.
- To response client’s queries with efficiency and correctly.
- To check and ensure FX arrangement for clients in compliance with the Bank of Thailand’s regulations.
- To coach and monitor each team member to have good understanding of global custodian clients and to provide excellent settlement services to clients.
- To closely monitoring daily settlement transactions being executed as per customers’ instructions and with sufficient stocks and funds. In case of settlement problem, ensure to advise customer the reasons of non-executed transactions with proposed practical solution to minimize fail trades.
- To assist team in negotiating with counterparties to best protect our clients’ interest when there is any conflict or problem in confirming the trades.
- To encourage staff to actively participate in service quality initiatives.
- To monitor the operational risk inherent in the business and being accountable to implement/maintain effective policies and work practices in order to manage operational risk.
- To participate in ad hoc projects and system enhancement initiatives as required
Qualification requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- High attention to details
- Good command of English
- Problem-solving skills
- Computer usage - Microsoft office, Excel, Word and typing
- Basic knowledge of calculation
- Accept workload and able to work overtime
