We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join Corporate & Institutional Banking team in Bengaluru as Treasury Solutions Manager.

 

Principal Responsibilities- Treasury Solutions, Innovation Banking Team

  • Acquisition of new to bank high value FX customers both international and domestic as per Sourcing Policy
  • Increasing International revenue opportunities (inbound/outbound)
  • Conversion of min 4 high value international prospect customers
  • Growing the portfolio Wallet by enhancing fex penetration in the existing customers   
  • Intermediary / law firms / Audit firms management to source clients and one off deals
  • FEMA expertise to manage current and capital account transactions and reporting (ODI, FDI, ECB, FCGPR, FCTRS, DI, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Bankers and other LOBs to develop business and cross-sell opportunities with clients
  • Demonstrate leadership in all aspects of your role, set exemplary standards, values and behavior’s consistent with our Group values.
  • FEDAI Certification (preferred)
  • Protect the reputation and integrity of the HSBC Brand. This should be evidenced by overall conduct ("do the right thing") and by proactively demonstrating active compliance with both the letter and the spirit of applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, procedures, and Global Standards together with the management of risks including, but not limited to Credit, Operational, Regulatory (including Financial Crime), Reputational and Sustainability. Demonstrating through escalating and speaking up, a proactive approach to identifying when things go wrong or when potential risk issues are identified.
  • Proactively identify financial crime risks (AML, Sanctions and AB&C) within CIB, utilizing available tools /support functions as appropriate and undertaking all requisite actions to mitigate/eradicate unacceptable risk.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Balanced approach to risk management including techniques to mitigate risk
  • FEDAI certification preferred
  • Broad knowledge of HSBC Group capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in guiding and advising other RMs on winning new business and influencing peers and junior colleagues
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize, with tenacity to drive through results
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
  • Graduation is a mandatory

 

Additional Information

·       Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
