We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Subject Matter Expert - Product Development.

In this role, you will: 

• Build as well as provide support on all Automation initiatives i.e. new builds & defect management.
• Ensure Quality Assurance by undertaking code review, functionality review in MVP calls.
• Acquire good understanding of business process and business applications.
• Deliver automation solutions in Agile methodology, candidate should be well versed in SDLC.
• Evaluate existing automations for improvement / optimization & conduct PoCs on new opportunities.
• Stakeholder management, escalate issue which may affect milestones.
• Risk management, to be aware of Data Standards and to be compliant as per HSBC policies.
• Issue tracking on JIRA and ensure all documentation and sign offs are in place.

To be successful, you will:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in core programming/development in C#, dot net framework in Visual Studio IDE.
• Data Analytical Skills, experience in working with backend databases and writing complex SQL queries.
• Should possess excellent MS Office skills, especially advanced MS Excel, VBA, MS Access. Should be well versed with Coding Standards.
• Ability to develop end-to-end automation solution for complex business problems using C# primarily.
• Knowledge of Git or similar collaboration tool is required.
• Stakeholder Management, working with SMEs, preparing BRDs and transforming business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in conducting UAT as well as Defect management by providing Production Support for live Bots.
• Knowledge of C# automation solutions
