  • Partner with Talent Intelligence and Employer Brand teams to integrate market mapping and EVP messaging into sourcing frameworks.

  • Shape differentiated EVP narratives and outreach strategies tailored to critical skill groups and geographies.
  • Partner with Brand and Marketing to test and refine messaging effectiveness across sourcing channels.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define sourcing KPIs (conversion rates, time-to-pipeline, engagement metrics, source-of-hire quality).
  • Leverage AI-enabled insights and sourcing automation tools to continuously improve efficiency and targeting precision.
  • Monitor ROI of channels and campaigns to inform investment decisions and optimise spend.

Customers / Stakeholders:

Employer Branding & Experience Team: Align attraction messaging with persona insights and market trends, collaborating on events / candidate pipeline management.

Workforce Fulfilment and Talent Strategy: Integrate sourcing and market intelligence into long term capability and location planning
