Job title: Senior Manager – Product Owner
The Claims & Settlement initative in 2026 will also focus on refining the outreach arrangement and expand to further markets. Streamline process to uplift revenue and manage settlement process with operations and product managers. This person will also contributing to the Target Operating Model to ensure market insights through outreach will be able to factor into the long term strategy.

In this role, you will:
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)
- Focus for the revenue management for the outreach and settlement processes refinement to improve customer experience. Uplifting of revenue leverages on the data gathering with the deployment of the solutions, review of the pricing and also caps together with product managers. Gathering and put up user requirements to be able to factor in with the known gaps to ensure target operating model to be deployed with improvement on customer experience.
- Analytical Skills : Allow to understand how to collect, structure and interpret data to measure revenue uplift , settlement efficientcy and outreach efficiencies.
- Process Design and Optimisation - Able to map end-to-end outreach and settlement journeys including GPS frontline teams, identify inefficiencies and design improvements.
- Change Management Delivery Skills : capable of leading refinement on outreach process and market expansion initiatives in a dynamic environemtn. Idnetify gaps in processes and able to get sales and/or IT and / or customer to allow the optimiation in place.
- Design and delivery skills - Strong planning and execution discipline to deliver market deployments on time and wihtin scope with limited resources requirement; Able to anticipate risks, and problem solving skills. Capable to manage multiple releases/modules at one time simulataneously in a dyanmic, multi-market deployment schedule.
Leadership & Teamwork
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to connect with stakeholders across geographies.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English is expected.
- Ability to advise stakeholders regarding process improvement initiatives. Ability to present complex solutions in clear and concise language.
To be successful you will:
Functional Knowledge
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in Transaction banking, preferably in Payment’s product.
- Proven experience in Project management, requirement analysis, business case development, risk management, marketing support.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex problems, interpret customer and/or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions.
- Proven ability to run effective workshops and trainings for client business users.
- Strong aptitude with Data Analysis and Interpretation skills - the ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, using multiple analysis techniques, reconcile variances and recommend proposals to senior and key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify the root causes of problems and generate effective solutions. Alongside this, adaptability is key, as Strategic Business Change s must be able to pivot quickly in response to new information or changing circumstances, ensuring that the change process remains on track despite obstacles.

- The job holder must be proactive, able to comprehend, evaluate and offer clear, timely and reliable analysis and recommendations to directors and above, and communicate this effectively; an ability to develop a global network, build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels is required for success. Capability to balance shifting priorities over multiple work-strands and working under tight time pressure is important. A strong commercial acumen and product management experience including product commercialization and governance, or risk is imperative.
