We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst - Securities Services

In this role, you will:

  • Senior Business Analyst (GCB5) within Funds & Trustee Services (SSv), supporting global product development and delivery in the Funds and Trustee value stream.
  • Works in Global Product Delivery, supporting solutioning, implementation and rollout of new features, releases and system migrations aligned to SSv strategy.
  • Owns end-to-end analysis for assigned initiatives, shaping solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes and client value under the Change Management Framework.
  • Brings strong middle office transaction management knowledge across trade capture/processing, settlement and lifecycle management for Fixed Income, FX, Listed Derivatives and Equities.
  • Demonstrates OTC derivatives expertise (structures, lifecycle events, trade economics, valuation drivers and risks).
  • Understands operational processes including reconciliations, corporate actions, collateral and margining (CSA terms, margin calls, cleared vs bilateral).
  • Experience with the wider market ecosystem (custodians, fund administrators, brokers, valuation agents, trading platforms); tools knowledge (e.g., Bloomberg, SWIFT, Avaloq, Murex) is beneficial.
  • Leads requirements definition across the delivery lifecycle, ensuring solutions and outputs are clear, traceable and aligned to end-to-end client journeys.
  • Manages a defined set of pipeline deliverables, supporting prioritisation/sequencing, and proactively identifying dependencies, risks and delivery impacts in complex programmes.
  • Ensures strong governance, risk and controls (audit-ready documentation, issue remediation, escalation), supports client onboarding/product enablement, and contributes through stakeholder leadership, continuous improvement, and mentoring/coaching of BAs.
