Senior Business Analyst - Fund Accounting

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst - Fund Accounting

In this role, you will:

• Take measures to gather and review Business Requirements
• Data and Requirement Analysis/Gap analysis
• Demonstrate problem solving skills with a risk-based mindset to future proof changes and builds
• Extend strategic support towards Code Build in Systems
• Responsible for undertaking measures for testing of new developments and enhancements
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artefacts as needed.
• Formulating analytics and MI to support Project and Program Manager
• Operate independently and with users to define concepts and under direction of Programme/Project Managers.
• Act as a liaison between the business units, implementation teams and support teams, including Vendors if applicable.

To be successful you will:

• Awareness of Business Analysis/Project Management/Test Management process. Possession of a relevant Qualification would be advantageous.
• Experience in the Financial Services sector. Sound understanding of Fund Accounting Platforms Multifonds and Principles
• Knowledge of Trustee platforms like CRIMS (for Trustee roles)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with a comprehensive understanding of content and context.
• Team Management skills are a must for People Manager Role
• Resource planning & management
• Designing of Process and Operational Models as required. Data Reconciliation
• Planning and Co-ordination on Testing and Deployments
• Ability to lead Projects. Familiar with JIRA and Confluence
