We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst - Front Office

In this role, you will:

  • Supporting business management on new business development, establishing & streamlining processes & collaborating with the Global COOs on strategic projects.
  • Responsible for streamlining Management Office information gathering, production and reporting.
  • Strong alignment and collaboration between all functions that make up the business flow.
  • Represent business in regional and global governance forums where appropriate.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to implement scalable solutions that improve revenue, efficiency and or client experience.
  • Coordination of Equities owned Governance forums including the various Committee – agenda, action points, information gathering for agenda topics, production of information packs.
  • Responsible for effective project planning and execution of regulatory driven change projects and initiatives.
  • Own maintenance / creation of various business documents/SOP across various process with timely refresh.

To be successful you will:

  • Markets and Securities Services business/product knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of F2B flow of the derivative products.
  • Strong understanding of business risks, client base and geopolitical environment.
  • Organized with a systematic approach to programme execution, experience of (major) business transformation.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in a clear language.
  • Strong ability to quickly understand business requirements and concerns and deliver a quality result to them.
  • Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risk effectively.
