We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate - Front Office

In this role, you will: 

  • Quant Development - Design, develop, and maintain Python and Java-based components, modules, and services powering AI-driven features within the AI Markets platform and Digital Solution Group, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Feature Development - Develop new modules and functions to support MSS Digital solutions and AI Markets next-gen solutions, including machine learning models, NLP techniques, and Java-based front end applications, leveraging appropriate libraries, frameworks, and APIs.
  • Collaboration - Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Technical Support - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues reported by users.
  • Continuous Improvement - Propose and deploy best solutions considering system design, data science, front end UI/UX, generative AI, and Java development to improve current products.
  • Quality & Timeliness - Ensure delivery of tasks as per pre-defined timelines and maintain stakeholder satisfaction through timely delivery of quality work.
  • Timely delivery of assigned tasks and projects. Stakeholder satisfaction (feedback from team members and direct stakeholders)
  • Proven process or functionality improvements. Adherence to coding standards and best practices

To be successful, you will:

  • Full stack development (Python, Java). Proficiency in Python, Java, OOPs, and CI/CD.
  • AI/ML frameworks, NLP techniques. System design, UI/UX, generative AI.
  • Familiarity with database query languages like Q/KDB, SQL.
  • Ideally bachelor’s in engineering, master’s in engineering /IT with 0-3 Years of Experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Follow best practices and coding standards. Adaptability to pivot quickly in response to new information or changing circumstances.
  • Previous experience in trading, quantitative analysis, quantitative research, or related roles in the financial industry is preferred.
  • Strong aptitude with data analysis and interpretation skills.
