We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate - Digital & Transactional Support

In this role, you will:

  • Early Morning Shift (5:00 am Start) Digital & Transactional (D&T) within Corporate Sales, MSS is looking for a talented and driven associate to support front‑office sales teams globally. The role is based in our offshore centre and focuses on providing high‑quality sales support so onshore teams can dedicate more time to client engagement.
  • The position offers exposure to FX and rates products, MSS platforms, and collaboration with Product partners, MSS Operations ,CMB & WPB. Act as a principal practitioner and key point of contact within the offshore centre for onshore sales teams.
  • Provide daily sales support including Daily market updates & commentary (macro, FX, rates; CCY pair moves; impact of key announcements).
  • Early morning pricing & daily investment indications (e.g. ELNs, bonds, structured deposits – internal indications only). Daily indications and order lists to support start‑of‑day workflow. Market news / research / currency updates for selected pairs and countries (global support).
  • FX lifecycle tasks: time options monitoring, NDF fixings, FX options expiries, margin management. Client/desk support: query resolution (internal/external), limit renewals tracking, onboarding assistance (FX/MSS platforms, e.g. Evolve). Maintain and enhance SharePoint / Knowledge Hub content for sales (rates, FX, commodities outlook, tools & decks).
  • Own and improve MI / reporting for Voice & e‑platform activity (e.g. hit/miss ratios, income, onboarding trackers). Oversee term‑sheet administration, trackers (e.g. BB initiative, client visits/actions) and process documentation.
  • Provide supervision/support to junior team members where applicable: quality review, guidance, and training. Identify process efficiencies and contribute to strategic discussions on evolving the offshore capability and tooling.

To be successful, you will:

  • 3–7 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in Markets (front office, sales support, operations, or finance). Strong knowledge of FX and rates products: FX spot, forwards, options, NDFs, swaps, money market and basic IRS.
  • Ability to write clear market commentary (FX/rates moves, drivers, impact of data and central‑bank events).
  • Good understanding of global regulatory and FX market developments. Proven experience in international stakeholder engagement and workflow monitoring (tracking, escalation, communication).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a matrix, global team. Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint (Access a plus). Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritise workload and escalate issues promptly.
  • Flexibility to work Asia early‑morning hours (from 05:00) and align to other regions (UK/US/HK) when required.
  • Prior experience in a markets‑based or client‑facing role.
  • Exposure to VBA, Python or other coding languages for process automation / reporting. Experience is using AI
