We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Analyst – Pricing.

In this role, you will:

• Markets and Security Services Data Operations is a shared service organization created in 2010 which provides Pricing information across entities within HSBC Group.
• The process is in Bangalore, Manila and Mexico. We cater services to 2 main businesses, namely Global Markets and Securities Services.
• The role includes to ensure and assess that all work is delivered within agreed timeframes and meets the required high-quality standard
• Responsibility to deliver a high-quality customer driven service which provides customers with a positive view of HSBC and meets their expectation in terms of accuracy, timeliness and professionalism
• Take appropriate measures to Understand and deliver excellent customer service. Process customer instructions accurately and efficiently to achieve agreed quality standards and targets (as amended or notified from time to time) on all the processes worked.
• To monitor and ensure that common errors / irregular transactions are identified and efficiently escalated in accordance with procedures in a timely manner
• To understand and comply with all relevant policies and procedures issued by the Group and contained within the Group Standards Manual and relevant Functional Instruction Manuals, Desk Instruction Books and Process Guides

• To be aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with the role and to ensure that all actions consider the likelihood of operational risk occurring

To be successful, you will:

• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives & Foreign Exchange related products & Money Market products
• Experience with vendor systems – Refinitiv & Bloomberg data feed
• Good knowledge of Derivatives/Fixed Income/Equities/ Foreign Exchange Rates
• Should be able to work flexible hours (Night Shift/Rotation Shift)
• Graduate in Commerce, Finance or Equivalent 
• To acquire and update knowledge on procedures related to processes and to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the procedures and well within the respective timeframes
• To respond effectively and efficiently   to urgent work demands and be flexible with work timings.
