In this role, you will:
- Own the product vision and roadmap for your Digital Fraud area, aligning stakeholders on priorities, sequencing and measurable outcomes.
- Manage demand through a structured front-door/funnel, assessing and prioritising requests based on customer/bank value, feasibility, risk and desired outcomes.
- Lead progress through delivery stages and governance, ensuring clear ownership, timely decisions, and transparent management of risks, issues and dependencies.
- Investigative and consultancy mind with penchant for the latest technologies and continuous learning and capability building
- Support achievement of team objectives & participate in in development of cohesive team
- Contribute to the creation of a supportive work environment driven by people centric values
To be successful you will:
- This role is primarily product-led; candidates should be strongest in product strategy, discovery and outcomes, with solid capability in demand management and Agile planning.
- Outcome-led mindset with experience defining and tracking product success measures and using data/insights to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in managing demand through structured front-door / funnel processes, assessing and prioritising work based on feasibility, risk and desired outcomes.
- Strong backlog management skills (refinement, slicing, acceptance criteria) and ability to translate priorities into clear user stories and delivery-ready work.
- Ability to analyse and interpret high-level business requirements, constructively challenging ambiguity to ensure clarity, alignment and actionable outcomes.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset; comfortable working independently, taking initiative and driving alignment in a matrix environment.
