We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Administrator
In this role, you will:
- Preparing of reconciliation packs for a variety of clients/funds (traditional & hedge funds) across different geographical locations. Perform the fund’s activities correctly as per the SOP.
- Adhere to defined process KPIs and PLAs, Should be accountable for all the reconciliation related activities falling with the scope of Markets & Securities Services Reconciliation team.
- Support department initiatives, regulatory, compliance and reduce risk.
- Be flexible to adopt in different working environments/ time zones with counter parts across the globe
- On the regulatory & legislative front should be aware of FATCA / Dodd Frank / Volker / AIFMD / UCITS / DPA and comply with the same.
- Perform any additional responsibilities that may be required by the manager in support of specific projects, on-going management and development of the process.
To be successful you will:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other qualifications relevant to the accounting/finance industry and relevant/accounting work experience.
- Sound knowledge on TLM, DUCO, XCEPTOR or any other Reconciliation Tool.
- Good knowledge of Capital Markets and Financial instruments.
- Basic knowledge of end-to-end product and process, multiple market and regulations. Proficiency in EXCEL essential.
- Ability to Speak and understand English and Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
