We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager

 

In this role, you will be:

  • Manage project progress across scope, timeline, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, milestones and benefits.
  • Deliver project governance, status reporting, stakeholder updates and decision materials in line with the Change Framework.
  • Support requirements gathering, current-state analysis, impact assessment, operating model design, business readiness and deployment planning.
  • Contribute to business case inputs, benefits tracking and project financial health assessment where required.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify delivery, improve ways of working and support more efficient outcomes across assigned initiatives.
  • Support delivery outcomes by ensuring alignment with value streams and achieving strategic objectives through the implementation of objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly across teams to support delivery momentum, issue resolution and sustainable execution at pace.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to support alignment, decision-making and successful delivery outcomes.

 

To be successful you will be:

  • Experience in large, complex organisations, supporting organisational change and business transformation projects for the banking industry. 
  • Project management and business analysis experience supporting medium to large scale change initiatives. 
  • Strong critical thinking by bringing structure and order to undefined and/or large-scale problems to solve them systematically, logically, and independently.
  • Experience supporting stakeholder management, impactful communication, influencing and project governance.
  • Strong understanding and application of Agile principles, with a demonstrated ability to adapt and iterate quickly.
  • Relevant match would be post graduate with 8 to 12 years of experience
