We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Delivery Manager - Custody / Asset Servicing.

In this role, you will:

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Delivery Manager to support the delivery of initiatives related to our Custody Product within the Securities Services business. The successful candidate will assist in gathering requirements, analysing processes, and coordinating project activities to ensure the effective execution of product enhancements, regulatory changes, and client-driven projects.
  • Project Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of custody product initiatives, tracking progress and supporting the achievement of project milestones.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to collect, document, and validate business and functional requirements for custody product enhancements and regulatory changes.
  • Process Analysis: Analyse existing processes and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the development of efficient solutions.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process maps, test cases, and user guides.
  • Testing Support: Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue tracking to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Support effective communication between business, technology, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Help ensure initiatives comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of delivery processes and best practices within the team.

To be successful, you will:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience in product management / product delivery, business analysis, or change delivery within financial services, ideally within Securities Services / Custody and Asset Servicing. Demonstrable domain knowledge across Asset Servicing, including Corporate Actions and Income Processing (end-to-end lifecycle, key controls, and client impacts).
  • Strong understanding of data concepts and operating models, with experience delivering or partnering on Data Platform capabilities and data-led product outcomes. Proven experience working with Client Reference Data and Asset Reference Data (data quality, governance, lineage, controls, and downstream consumer impacts).
  • Hands-on or delivery experience with Xceptor (or comparable workflow/data automation tooling) to improve STP (Straight Through Processing), reduce risk, and enhance operational efficiency. Strong understanding of custody operations, securities processing, and the applicable regulatory environment; ability to translate regulatory and risk requirements into product features and controls. Xceptor: experience designing/implementing workflows, exception management, and controls automation to improve STP (Straight Through Processing) and operational resilience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with complex datasets and process flows to identify root causes and drive fixes.
  • Track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Data, Risk/Compliance, Client Coverage) and driving outcomes through influence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex operational and data topics clearly to senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Asset Servicing expertise: strong functional knowledge of custody/asset servicing processes, controls, and client outcomes. Corporate Actions: event lifecycle understanding (announcement through entitlement), processing variants, exception handling, and client reporting considerations. Income Processing: coupon/dividend lifecycle, tax considerations (where relevant), breaks management, and reconciliation touchpoints.
  • Data Platform delivery: ability to define requirements, prioritise platform capabilities, and align product outcomes to data architecture and operating model constraints. Reference Data management: practical experience with Client Reference Data and Asset Reference Data including data quality metrics, remediation approaches, governance, and stewardship models.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills; ability to partner across Technology, Operations, Data, and Risk to deliver at pace. Delivery discipline: ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and dependencies, with a focus on measurable outcomes. Clear, structured communicator with strong documentation skills (business requirements, operating model changes, controls, and executive updates). Proactive, continuous-improvement mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
