Job Title: Marketing Campaigns
Marketing research and data analytics professional with 10+ years’ experience in this field where they are responsible for turning customer, campaign, and market data into clear insights that improve growth, retention, and customer experience. Strong in research design, statistical analysis, dashboarding, and stakeholder storytelling, with hands-on capability across SQL, Python/R, Excel, and BI tools.
This role is responsible for the management into following areas:
- Marketing Research: collection of data points using agencies to come up with insights for the leadership
- Analytics: Basic understanding of SQL, Python/R, A/B testing, regression, clustering, forecasting, cohort analysis, funnel analysis
- Data Visualisation: Exposure to Power BI / Tableau, dashboard design, KPI frameworks, data storytelling
- Ways of Working: collaborate with internal analytics/ data science teams, local marketing managers, agencies
In this role, you will:
- Led concept testing and competitor benchmarking; informed go-to-market decisions and pricing/messaging strategy.
- Produced executive-ready insight packs with clear “so what / now what” actions; supported leadership decisions across X markets.
- Managed vendors (fieldwork, panels), ensuring quality checks, quotas, and on-time delivery.
- Manage internal marketing analytics portal that store data points for various marketing channel, think how it can be refined, upgraded and made available for end use decision making
- Use of artificial intelligence automating reporting, fast track decision making
- Think about proper budget utilization, optimizing cost on channels like paid media (social media marketing, display banner ads, direct buys)
- Build behavioral segments, recommended life cycle journey.
- Work as an individual contributor driving strategic market intelligence by tracking the industry, technology shift in the market, new opportunities and quarterly present insights to senior leadership team (OpCo)
- Forecast marketing trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities. Have a view on OKRs and media mix modeling.
- Optimize client engagement and outperform benchmarks through evidence based strategies.
