We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Request for Proposal Writer
In this role, you will:
- The Request for Proposal Writer role is critical to the new business process, playing an instrumental role in the achievement of Asset Management’s growth ambitions.
- The Request for Proposal Team leads and completes Request for Proposals, Request for Information and Due Diligence Questionnaires for Institutional and Wholesale clients and consultants globally and encompassing a wide and diverse range of asset classes, investment strategies and funds.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders/subject matter experts to ensure high quality articulation to clients of Asset Management's investment philosophy, capabilities, processes, investment vehicles and the firm’s competitive advantages
- Based in Bangalore but has global and regional support responsibilities in the context of the global Request for Proposal function.
- The operating environment is driven by client needs, often involving significant cross-border collaboration with Request for Proposal Team colleagues in other regions; and willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
- Client documents such as Request for Proposals, Request for Information and Due Diligence Questionnairesare content- and data-intensive and usually have tight deadlines that are not set by Request for Proposal
- Will have to work with Asset Management Subject Matter Experts
To be successful you will:
- Educational Qualification Masters in Business Administration, Charted Financial Analist Passed
- Detailed knowledge of Request for Proposals, Request for Information and Due Diligence Questionnaires and related client documents, including regulations, compliance requirements and delivery processes.
- Sound understanding of asset management,investment products and markets and client requirements.
- Good knowledge of performance systems, reporting systems, third-party performance databases and institutional reporting standards
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills in English, including investment writing and oral discussion / presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and their sometimes conflicting expectations and requirements.
