We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF) Business Services

Purpose of the role   

The role holder requires a broad understanding of processes assigned, monitors and allocates work on a daily basis to Processing Executives. Ability to handle escalations and process related query resolutions. Plan capacity daily and intra - day, based on projections and volume analysis and allocate/reallocate resources accordingly. Understand MI requirements enough to be able to produce, analyse and interpret MI. Ensure compliance with audit requirements by performing audit checks as required by process, in line with business process requirements. 

In this role, you will: 

• Ensure joint-collaboration with GTS businesses across globe and GSC functions while accomplishing high-quality service within Service Level Agreements in line with predetermined critical timescales..
• Manage BAU Process and escalations. Create and Build GTS Operations through effective and efficient implementation of migrations as an operational unit by delivering high quality and high professional service.
• Leadership & Teamwork  Support other team members in ensuring all migration of work, into the assigned Group Service Centre, are successfully achieved and handed over to the Operations team in the stabilized state. Identify and deliver sustainable savings as per site Integrated Plan as well as other assigned projects.
• Support the BS Head in implementing the global operations strategy, including outsourcing and location strategies, metrics, minimum standards, skill requirements and operational models for the Business Service. Provide leadership to team assigned as applicable, consistent with Group and Company policies and standards.
• Leading a cohesive team, working in a supportive team environment driven by people centric values as applicable.
• Leading to the motivation and effective development of individuals to meet business targets as applicableSupport the BS Head in implementing the global operations strategy, including outsourcing and location strategies, metrics, minimum standards, skill requirements and operational models for the Business Service.

To be suceed in this role

• Trade Experience of 9+ Years CDCS Certification preferable
• Excellent knowledge of GTS FIM / / UCP / ISBP and AML and Sanctions guidelines.
• Others-  Willingness to work on Rotational Shift covering Global Markets / Time Zones
